Fåld
2009
Fåld is a small table/seat that is die cut from a single sheet of corrugated cardboard. It can be folded down for transport so it takes very little space. The structure can hold 100kg easily. Fåld was originally designed by myself and Janne Melajoki as a competition entry for the NRJ Design Awards -competition in 2009. The competition was sponsored by Ikea, so the brief was to design a sofa table that fits Ikeas design philosophy. Fåld received 2nd prize in the competition.
